RiftMentor provides AI-powered analysis for League of Legends players using data provided via the Riot Games API. This service includes match history tracking, performance reviews, personal notes, and matchup insights.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Guest accounts are temporary and data may be purged upon logout. Retention of guest account data is not gauranteed.

4. Riot Games Compliance

RiftMentor operates in compliance with Riot Games' developer policies. You acknowledge that RiftMentor is not endorsed by Riot Games and that all League of Legends assets are the property of Riot Games, Inc.

5. Limitation of Liability

RiftMentor provides advice and analysis "as is." We do not guarantee rank improvements or specific game outcomes. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

7. Generative AI Policy

Riftmentor uses generative AI. You are expected to engage with the tool in a responsible, legal, and safe manner. Abuse of the generative AI features are subject to immediate termination of service.

8. Google Gemini Compliance

Riftmentor operates in compliance with Google's Gemini API Terms of Service and Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Independence: Riftmentor is an independent application. You acknowledge that Riftmentor is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Google.
• AI Nature: Responses generated via Google Gemini are probabilistic. While we strive for accuracy, Riftmentor does not guarantee the correctness or reliability of AI-generated advice and is not liable for any "hallucinations" or factual errors produced by the model.
• Data Usage: Your inputs may be processed through Google’s servers to generate responses. You agree not to input sensitive personal information, proprietary data, or content that violates Google’s Safety Policies.
• Prohibited Content: You may not use Riftmentor to generate content that promotes illegal activities, hate speech, or automated spam, as governed by Google’s acceptable use guidelines.
