We collect information necessary to provide AI coaching and tactical strategy analytics:

• Riot ID and Tagline (to fetch public match data via the Riot Games API).
• Email address (for registered Firebase user accounts).
• Match history, timestamps, and game performance statistics.
• Personal coaching notes, goals, and role preferences.

RiftMentor is constantly developing new features; this section will be updated when new data sources are leveraged.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your match data and gameplay statistics are used solely to generate personalized AI analysis, match blueprints, and tactical coaching advice. We do not sell your personal information, Riot ID, match history, or coaching notes to third parties or marketing networks.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

- Registered Users: Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore and can be permanently deleted at any time via the Settings tab in your dashboard.
- Guest Users: Guest session data is stored temporarily. You can purge guest data by clearing your browser cache and local storage. Unused guest session records are periodically purged.

4. Google AdSense & Third-Party Advertising Cookies

RiftMentor partners with Google AdSense and third-party advertising vendors to serve advertisements on public features, educational blog articles, and informational pages.

• Cookie Usage: Google and third-party vendors use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve relevant advertisements to users based on prior visits to our website or other sites across the Internet.
• Personalized Advertising: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve interest-based and personalized ads based on your visit to RiftMentor and other websites on the Internet.
• Opt-Out Options: You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting aboutads.info.
• Strict Data Isolation: We never transmit your Riot ID, personal coaching notes, game history, or private dashboard data to Google AdSense or external advertising networks.

5. AI Processing

By using RiftMentor, you acknowledge that your gameplay prompts, notes, and survey answers are processed by Google Gemini models to generate tactical feedback. We recommend never entering sensitive personally identifiable information into freeform notes or survey fields.
