Support & FAQ

RiftMentor currently fully supports Summoner's Rift competitive modes (Ranked Solo/Duo, Ranked Flex) and standard unranked drafts, as well as standard ARAM (All Random All Mid). We do not currently support limited-time rotating game modes (LTMs) such as ARAM Mayhem, Arena, URF, or Nexus Blitz. The AI models are highly attuned to standard League of Legends economy, pacing, and macro strategy, which behave wildly differently in these limited-time modes.

Matches typically appear instantly once your profile is synced. However, the Riot Games API occasionally caches match histories for 2-5 minutes after a game concludes. If you don't see your most recent match, click the sync button or refresh after a few minutes.

Absolutely. RiftMentor only asks for your public Riot ID (Name#Tag) and region. We rely on the official public Riot Developer API to fetch your match history. We never ask for your Riot Games password or login credentials.

The AI Coach requires sufficient match data to generate an analysis. If a game was incredibly short (e.g., an early remake) or if the Riot API is temporarily down, the AI may abort the review. You also have a daily limit for generative analysis to prevent server overload.
